ASOA Minutes

ASOA held their June 3, 2001 meeting at the American Legion in Hagerstown beginning at 7:00 PM. Those in attendance were:

Treasurer's report showed approximately 1,600.00. We had to pay $106 for Aribitor software renewal. Discussion was held whether to consider paying the cost for each ref to view the master schedule. The cost is $1.00 per ref.

The Hagerstown summer league for high school soccer is being held at Washington County Regional Park on Mount Aetna Road. We need refs for these games and will use this to train new refs. Make sure you send Mary Ruth your availability. Games are on Mondays and Wednesdays for the girls and Tuesdays and Thrusdays for boys at 5:45 & 7:00 PM.

We are always in need of new refs, so be on the outlook for qualified people to join our association.

Cody had a meeting with Yogi Martin seeking a raise in Maryland fees. We were asking $105 for Varsity and $85 for JV.

Interpreters Clinic - Sunday, July 29th at 9:00 AM in Parkersburg.
Paul Denchy will be attending.
WV State Clinic - Friday, August 3rd at 6:30 PM at Martinsburg High School
MD State Clinic - Monday, August 6th at 7:00 PM at Frederick High School
Part II Test - Monday, August 20th at 7:00 PM? at South Middle School

Next meeting will be Sunday, July 1st at 7:00 PM at American Legion in Boonsboro.
