West Virginia and Maryland allow the USSF primary gold shirt with black pinstripe shirts to be worn. Includes Red and the NEW Blue Shirt!
Traditional black shorts.  With or without pockets.
Traditional black socks with three white stripes at top.
All officials must have flags.  Color must be red and yellow with any combination of solid or checked patterns.
Red and yellow cards.
Whistles.  Have at least two whistles.

There are other ways to get your equipment than ordering on-line.  Middletown, MD has a sports store that carries limited official's equipment.  Also, there is another sports store in Winchester, VA that carries a limited supply of uniforms and equipment.
